At 11:34 Hong Kong Time (GMT +8:00), The Infamous Flip Flop thief was apprehended and incarcerated in Georgetown Penang. She has been on the run since absconding from the UK on the 19th January. Various local laws have been broken by her on her South East Asia Crime spree.
