Anapolis Royal - Fort Anne

We leave the Mersey River behind and head to the West coast of Nova Scotia to the sleepy burg of Anapolis Royal - A retirement kind of place which is reflected by everything being shut on Sunday. We do a walking tour around Fort Anne where a major battle was fought during the colonial days. The fort is cool and is a star shaped one with grassy mounds offering a cross fire wherever you approached it from.
