The Cat to the USA

Oct 3rd. I hang around in Yarmouth in the morning (bit difficult to do anything here as it is a sleepy town and I can see why tourism is dying here). I get the boat at 16:00 and unfortunately the weather sucks - It is foggy so I get no views at all of the spectacular Maine coast. Also, the fog means that it is impossible to sleep as the fog horn goes off every few minutes. I eventually reach Bar Harbor and want to get to the hostel ASAP as I am tired. Homeland Security had other ideas though . . . . . . . .
