Canadian Railways - Reassuringly Delayed

After getting dropped off at the 'Station' in South River, I wait, and wait and wait for the alleged 2:40pm train to Toronto. Finally, 1 hour late, the train shows up. I am hoping that it won't be further delayed but of course that would be too much to ask - Another hour is wasted as we have to wait for various freight trains to get past us. Finally, 2 hours after advertised I get back to Toronto - It is a good job that I gave myself 3 hours before having to get the Greyhound to Niagara Falls.
