Ottawa - The Nations Capital

Sep 14th. Today is my one full day to spend in Canada's capitol, Ottawa. The first thing to notice is that there are lots of old buildings here right in the heart of the city and it is a very picturesque city too. I wander around - having a look at the By Canal, The War Memorial and then the spectacular Parilament Square with its East, West and Central blocks - The Central building houses both the House of commons and the Senate and I check in to do a tour of the building.
