Some more Hiking and Canoeing

Sep 8th. We have brief hike in the morning (no animals to be seen), then we have a canoe lesson after a smorgasboard lunch before more relax time in the afternoon. The main event of the day though is where we are paddling to an island to have dinner over the campfire and then paddle back under the stars. We head out in 1 large canoe with all the provisions and Pat (One of the guides) has got the fire going for when we arrive. It has been a nice hot day and thankfully the skies are clear so we may actually get to see some stars later (Unlike the previous day). The menu is awesome - Pork chops and Salmon with cous-cous and stir fry veggies. Pudding is a Banana canoe (basically with marshmallows and choc chips in it).
