Rangitoto Island

Apr 14th. We get dropped off at Devonport to get the ferry to Rangitoto Island. It is a volcano (That is believed to be extinct!) and the newest island in Auckland harbour (Created about 600 years ago). We take about an hour to reach the summit and are offered cool views of the surrounding islands/harbour and also central Auckland. The weather is pretty good as well, The sun comes out for us and the rain holds off.
