Apr 13th. I catch up on some sleep and then head into Auckland's city centre to do some needed shopping (for hiking things) and we pay the Sky tower a visit.

The Sky Tower is the Southern hemispheres tallest tower at 328 metres tall.
It weighs 21 million kilos which is the equivalent to 6000 elephants.
The construction of the Tower used 15,000 cubic metres of concrete
