Tropical Queensland

Apr 3rd. Well tropical Queensland is living up to its reputation. It is cloudy and we have had quite a few tropical showers. This has meant that we have done absolutely nothing while we have been here. We originally were going to be white water rafting and skydiving but this will have to wait. Today we wanted to go over to Dunk Island to do some rainforest walks but the local water taxi was cancelled due to the sea being too rough. I have read half of my book already and I only got it yesterday. It is probably a good thing to have some time off as it is all go when we get to Cairns and I have stuff to do every day till we fly to NZ on the 12th. The highlight of this is my live-aboard boat trip to dive on the Outer reef. This is on the 6/7/8th so I will take a creme egg out with me for Easter.
