An insightful comment from a newsreader about a serial drunkard who has 29 prior convictions and passed out drunk at a garage while trying to fill up his car with his 2 year old daughter in the back - He was given 18 months in prison and 3 year driving ban. "Men like these should be locked up for 10 years and given a cell with a big black person"
