Jul 6th. After leaving Bluff behind I head into the southern section of the enormous Canyonlands National Park. There are a couple of little hikes and also lots of places to look at so I spend the morning here. The weather is a little cooler - only 98 degrees F!!. This section of the park is mainly a deep canyon but it stretches for miles. I do hear a long horned sheep but from a long way away. No Cougars thankfully. After this I head up to Moab where I will be staying for a couple of nights.Pictures (Left) - Canyon view taken from a hike I did, (Right) - The Needles themselves.
