As I was heading to Mt Rainier I seemed to suffer from heavy right foot syndrome which meant that I was on the accelerator a bit too much. Anyway I thought I saw some Xmas lights in the rear view mirror but it turned out to be a policeman and I slowed down to hopefully let him pass but he was pulling me over. I had the whole Blues brothers scene running in my head but resisted temptation to say 'Is there a problem officer' or ask him if he had SCMODS (State County Municipal Offender Data System). Anyway, the result is that I got a ticket for doing 68 in a 55 mph limit and that is $144 down the pan. I also refrained from asking the policeman if I could get his picture for this blog as he may of arrested me for having a sense of humour.
