A few Waterfalls

18 Aug. I decide to do a few short hikes today to give my legs a bit of a rest. I head into the Bow valley to get some waterfall action. First off it was into Johnston canyon to check out the Lower and Upper falls here. The falls themselves are quite nice - nothing too dramatic but it is nice to stretch the legs in the cool morning air. After this, I head to Silverton falls which is a 50 metre falls but impossible to get a decent photo off. Incidentally, someone has kayaked off the Upper Johnston falls (30m). After this I have my lunch and head off for this afternoons hike.
