Why Everybody should sue Everybody

Only in America. I Heard this on the radio. A dentist offers to do some free dental work on his sister. His sister is obsessed with her pet Pot bellied pigs so while she is under for the procedure he actually implants some Pot bellied pigs teeth in her mouth and takes lots of photos - then he carries on and finishes off the procedure normally and the sister is none the wiser. A few months later, at the sisters work it is her birthday and she is presented with a picture frame of her on the dentists chair with pot bellied pig's teeth. She flips and leaves never to go back to work there. She then sues her brother who settles out of court for $250,000. He tries to claim this back from his insurance fire fighting fund who reject this as it was a prank. He then sues his insurance company and wins the case as it may of been a prank but it happened in the middle of a procedure. He wins $750,000 plus the $250,000 that he paid out to his sister. Nice.
