Over to Ucluelet

Aug 6th. I leave Victoria, Pick up another rental car and head north and then west across to the east side of the island. I buy my Annual national parks pass which will get some heavy use while I am in Canada and then drive down to my place in Ucluelet which is quite a small harbour town but is really nice. The hostel is cool as well. It is time now to book up my kayaking into part of the Pacific Rim national park called the broken group islands - a place steeped in First nation heritage and wildlife. On the way there as well we will be whale watching.
